"This food is by far the best food at the best value! Got the regular ahm taco - double corn tortilla overflowing with flavorful chicken and crowned with a dollop of the best guacamole I've ever had. The regular quesadilla with chicken is even more of the same good things, but with a flour tortilla and bigger. The Serrano salsa has wonderful flavor & has a kick. I'd be happy with this same meal everyday, it's that good!"

"This was my first time eating at the blind coyote,, and it was not what I was expecting. I ordered the avocado. It tastes very sour, which was not satisfying. The corn was very good. The cheese quesadilla was good, a little too salty though the chicken mole, the chicken was very dry. The rice seemed like it was cooked a couple of days ago and microwaved. The black beans had no flavor; seemed like they just came out of a can I spent $80 it was not pleased . I give this place a C -

I ordered a Shredded Beef Taco,1/2 Rice/ 1/2 Beans and a Side of Salsa and it was all good. And the side order of 1/2 rice and 1/2 beans was enough for two meals. The Salsa was very tasty and that Taco was huge. And the price was more than fair; especially for the amount of food.
It was my first time getting food from Esters but it certainly won't be my last. I can't wait to try more items!"
