The noodles on the chow mein weren't dry at all but were bouncy and very saucey in the best way. The egg drop soup was really good, no peas and added corn, they know how to make that soup, my husband says this is one of his favorite egg drop soups he's had. They have really good pork fried rice and chicken chow mein. However, as my one main thing I ordered was the chicken and mushrooms and there's like five pieces of chicken compared to the mushrooms and zucchini. All in all it's really good food. You just don't get the substance. "I recently visited Luu's Chicken Bowl and had a great experience. It immediately brought back memories of an old-school teriyaki bowl spot I used to go to years ago—simple, satisfying, and done right.
I ordered the Beef Bowl, Teriyaki Chicken Bowl, and their Special Chicken Egg Rolls, and everything really delivered. The beef was tender and flavorful without being dry or overcooked, and the teriyaki chicken was especially impressive—moist, well-seasoned, and perfectly glazed.
The highlight for me, though, was definitely the Special Chicken Egg Rolls. They’re generously sized, packed with filling, and have a great crunch on the outside while staying juicy inside. They don’t feel skimped on at all.
