Unlike some Cuban sandwinches doused in mustard, the sauce was just enough to compliment the pork's seasoning and the cheese's sharpness. The pastry crust was warm, flaky and buttery. My iced Cafe Con Leche also had the perfect balance of bold espresso, milk and just a hint of sweetness to carry it through.
