I placed my order through DoorDash as a customer, not as a driver. Because the order was taking a long time, I went to pick it up myself. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee initially told me I couldn’t pick up my order there because it was a DoorDash order. I explained that I had placed the order as a customer and was simply picking it up myself. After some discussion, she eventually allowed me to stay in the drive-thru instead of making me park and come inside, which I appreciated since it was raining and the whole reason I ordered ahead was to make pickup quicker and easier.
The other issue was that I requested ketchup when placing the order and also specifically asked at the drive-thru window for plenty of ketchup. The employee acknowledged my request and said she would make sure it was included. Unfortunately, when I checked my bag, there were only 2 ketchup packets for 3 sandwiches and 2 orders of potato wedges.
The food itself was fine, but better attention to customer requests and a smoother pickup experience would have made a big difference."

"The Loaded Wing Chips were a good portion size and they really loaded them up with the toppings. The 6 Bone-IN Wings were great with the teriyaki sauce. The Chocolate Cake was hot, fresh, and good but not worth the price for the size. And I would recommend not ordering drinks because that is also not worth the price for the size as it is a very small cup. Overall a very great meal that slaps!"
