The only pieces that were "crispy" were the frozen parts- which was quite a bit. Unfortunately this has happened the last time I ordered as well but confused as I have dined in and had no issues with the meal.... well that's a waste of my money. Sorry didn't get a picture of the food before I tossed it in the garbage. The bacon was the only thing worth eating..."

I Like the pretzels from applebees but the beer cheese i used to love but it is just not great in comparison to loafers, so i have been trying other places that have pretzels ans cheese. Gave this place a try and i was really disappointed. The pretzels i received had no salt even though i did not request this. They looked pretty dry. I added mt own butter and pretzel salt. The texture was good not too dry after this but even with the salt they were bland. The cheese and i added a ridiculous amount extra because i was confused when ordering and thought i needed to add it to the order. I did not, but the size that came in the container was not alot, so i if it had been good one extra container would have been a good idea. However the cheese was terrible. No offense to who made it, i think it is just rhe recipe. It is very very bland a bit like nacho cheese, with the flavor but more bland than if i had just heated up some out of a can."
