"I love Chubby's, one of my favorite local restaurants! I would absolutely not get the Tamale , however. it was almost 4 dollars and came still in the mass produced frozen packaging, it's just a microwaveable one you can get at the grocery store and it tastes really really off. Everything else delicious as always, but that tamale is not it. The New Homemade Brownies is GIANT and honestly one of the best brownies I've ever had."

The Nourish Bowl was okay, big portion, but some of the ingredients weren't so fresh and they cram any dressings you order inside the bowl then smash the lid on crushing the vegetables and fruit inside. They should really package the dressings separately, especially when you order more than one. Also, one of my chocolate covered strawberries was old and inedible. I expected more for the high price. "Make no mistake, the Fried Chicken Salad is no salad. It's a 3 piece chicken tender meal with a side of corn and beans that happens to have some lettuce under it.
However, while I can't call it healthy, I can call it delicious. The breaded chicken has a good flavor and the toppings were equally delicious. I'm not a fan of cucumber so I did remove that ingredient before ordering.
The Peruvian Chocolate Manifesto® Brownie gets a bit tough if not eaten immediately but it was a good brownie overall."

"I ordered the Egg Salad Sandwich with potato salad. my meal looked like hospital cafeteria food. Sandwich was slapped together, and a pickle wrapped in plastic wrap in a clear plastic box with label. The bread was stale and the egg salad had no flavor and was dried out. The pickle was soggy and rubbery. The potato salad came in a very small container, I actually measured and there was 1/4 cup. It was over powered by apple cider vinegar and no other flavor. For $17 dollars this was not only a big disappointment but a rip off. I will never order from here again."

The food is typically warm enough, and given its a 15 minute drive I dont expect it to retain the fresh heat of dining in. Its always been just right enough to eat when it gets to my place. The flavor is always fresh, and the little potatoes somehow keep their just right crunch every time. I do typically have to order an extra side of hollandaise sauce now-- somewhere in the last few years they cut the amount back that they put on them and it just doesnt seem to be enough. This is the third time I have ordered this at my new location and will probably order again at some point. All three times I have received the same level of quality in preparation, presentation, flavor and delivery (shout out to the drivers). Love the consistency, so thank you very much for that, and keep up the good work."
