They do lack in quality control, unfortunately! They will almost always forget your extra add-ons. Flavours and level of sweetness can vary each time with order as well.
Only thing I have tried so far that has been really disappointing is their "Stewed Sea Coconut with Papaya". Flavour is great but they aren't using sea coconut like it's advertised, it's just chunks of toasted normal coconut. My only constructive criticism for staff packing the food, would be to pack the ice drinks in a separate bag because the ice melted next the hot food and watered down the drink by the time I got it (there was very little ice left). It's an easy fix and the quality of the food kinda makes it hard to be mad about the drink. 😉
