"I'm literally starving and would eat just about anything but I really really wish you guys would just put the pico in a cup because the bottom of my quesadilla is slimey and this is like the third time it has happened. I love the quesadilla but the slimey tortillas is gross and I can't eat it so I'm left with one option, take apart the quesadilla and throw away the slimey parts..then reconstruct the quesadilla with what's left over. I don't feel like that's okay. Why is the sour cream in a cup but not the pico? The pico has more liquid than sour cream. I really don't understand. I'm tired of paying for slimey tortilla. Just know I looked at every other restaurant's quesadillas before I decided to put myself through this bs again.. please please please put the pico in a cup. I would really like to have a quesadilla that doesn't make my hands gross when I touch it. First, they were out of one of the cakes I'd req on the Cake Flight, but instead of just picking one for me, they asked the dasher to find out which I would prefer. Kudos to you!
Second, on the Cabbage Rose Chicken Salad Croissant, I upsized my chicken velvet soup. When it arrived, I had a cup instead of the bowl.
When I called to ask about it, the lady was so sweet! She actually sent someone from the restaurant with an additional cup of soup (so I would have the bowl I had ordered), but when it arrived, they had act sent me TWO!
Even if the food wasn't good, which it definitely was, I would still say youve gained a loyal new patron.
