This is my very favorite dish and India Star's version is the best ever, and I've eaten Malai Kofta from at least 7 states, close to 3 dozen Indian restaurants, still Indian Star beats them all The vegetable torpedoes (that's what my crew call them) still had a subtle but still detectable crispness to the outside and the firm, delicious center was the perfect texture and explodes with savory flavor. The fragrant sauce has a cheesy, nutty flavor that is hearty and indulgent. the pakora and samosa appetizers, lentil soup, naan, really everything was delicious and gets 11 out of 10 stars. Ok, confession time. I ordered dinner for 2 yet I was the only one eating! I'm not sorry, India Star has been my goto for 30+ years!"
