"My subs came barely warm, I had to reheat them. The sub looked like they had just thrown everything in and half of my salad was on the outside of the bread. The lettuce that was put in was old and most of it was the off-cuts that you wouldn't want in your sandwich (like the hard stem parts). I know subway can get busy around lunch time as I've previously worked there, but there's a very big difference between being efficient and being careless when making subs quickly (they took over half an hour to make 2 subs so it wasn't quick).
