The picanha cut is a favorite of Gustavo Tosta (Gugu Foods YouTube channel), though in his case he's talking about the top sirloin cut of beef, TdB offers this, also. I've been to this restaurant in the past, both the fall of 2000 and 2005. At that time they had a much more extensive side selection. As I recall, a lot of customers just ordered the all you could eat sides, with no accompanying meats. At least on their Doordash menu the side selection is very sparse, especially if you're ketoing. Both the lamb cuts were excellent and the sautéed 🍄s and 🥒 salad were pretty good. I added a quarter of a Granny Smith 🍏, marinated in 🍋 juice and it rounded out the meal pretty nicely."

"Bacon was fantastic. However, the egg on my Egg & Cheese Sandwich was the most thin egg I have ever seen. It was MAYBE as thick as 2 sheets of paper. Bread wasnt buttered or anything, super dry. and potatoes didnt have much flavor either. I had to add my own seasonings to the potatoes.

The shredded chicken salad was a smaller portion than in the store and they used crushed chips (from their queso and chip orders) instead of the usual tortilla strips? Guess they ran out and winged it but large chips in a salad is not a vibe. Had to pay for butt-burning sauce to use as dressing versus having the option to add packets or a small container to the order. If I can order from a different location, I may try again, but this one is out of chances."

"Always always get taco casa when we can. If you remember old school Taco Bell (1980s/90s) Taco Casa is your place. They do only a few items and what they do is excellent.
