"I normally order to-go in person but decided to order via their app. I noticed that prices are extremely consistent (no blatant markups) and the quality is always top tier. The only thing I wish stayed consistent was that the fry portion (ordered as an add-on) would be the same. It's seriously a hit or miss whether in person or ordering online. After paying $5 for some fries, it's disappointing to find the container bottom barely covered sometimes, while other times the container (which is pretty big) decently filled with them.
My last order had less fries than a large Mickey D's.
It was literally the same amount of fries on the sandwich. I could've just saved my money.

"I received half of my order and no utensils whatsoever (no straw, napkins, etc.). Everything came sealed and warm enough. The flavor of the Iced Cinnamon Sugar Churro Latte was very good.
I personally would not recommend the Cream Cheese Donut purely on value. The flavor was admittedly solid, mildly chewy, and consistent, but the donut was hollow and VERY small - think munchkin from Dunkin small. If you don't mind that, the flavor is decent.
Now, the Very Berry Pastry was incredible and I absolutely recommend that. The pastry was flaky, cream texture was on point with a refreshing citrus bite, and the berries delightfully fresh.
Overall, I unfortunately would not order from here again. The two items I enjoyed were lovely and make me want to order for those alone, however I do not have confidence in order consistency after my experience combined with other reviews."
