All of the dishes had flavors that were a skosh different than most Korean food I've had - the Chicken Wings 닭날개 with the "sweet and spicy" sauce I assumed would be yngnyeom but it wasn't. It had some spice, some American bbq notes and also - orange chicken? That honestly seems like an over simplification and maybe an insulting one, but it had that delicious thick glossy sticky almost citrus flavor that is so nostalgic and comforting to the brain. The Garlic Lemon SamGyupSal 갈릭레몬삼겹살 was grilled really well, crispy fat, wildly flavorful. And the mini banchan variety box was a much welcome surprise. The fermentation and salt help elevate the pork flavor. Balances so well with a little rice.

"Tried this place for the first time and so far it didn't disappoint.
I ordered the Shrimp spring rolls and the BBQ Pork spring rolls.
Both came wrapped nicely and had a very fresh taste to them. It had the right amount of crunch to pronounce the freshness and the BBQ pork was seasoned just right. The vermicelli noodles were cooked al dente which only added to the freshness.
The dipping sauce was complimentary without overpowering the rolls, but rather enhancing the flavors.
My only comment for preference would be more vermicelli noodles and less bean sprouts, but then again, that's my own personal preference.
