Being from San Francisco where Chinese food is plentiful and authentic it was hard for me to find good Chinese food around the area I live. So far Panda has been my favorite although I miss dishes like sub gum wonton, and beef chow fun. The brocolli beef was impressive as the brocolli was cooked to perfection - not overdone or swimming in sauce. The orange chicken is tasty with some hot Chinese mustard and shoyu. I have a shelfish allergy and histamine intolerance. They were so kind to accommodate both in my order. The chef takes pride in presenting food.
