I guess if you're wanting something that is mostly chicken and really rich it would be perfect, but it made me feel queasy. I would appreciate if the salad were nicely presented as the photo so I can remove anything there is too much of, and if the dressing was in a separate container so as I could use it to dip the chicken in and not all over everything.
