The focaccia with its herbs and perfect grill, I could eat by itself everyday for the rest of my life. Then they put that birria and cheese on it. DANG!
A good friend of mine does his own birria recipe and for a long time I had not tasted anything better.
The only thing I would have to say is there could have been a touch more birria in the sandwich as the display picture is a little misleading. Before anyone says anything, I professionally work in the hospitality industry and I know there can always be a little bit more. As a suggestion for the sandwich maybe a small side of pickled peppers to refresh the palate between bites.
My opinion on the birria quantity was quickly reconsidered the moment I looked at the classic tiramisu I ordered for dessert. Massive!

The main issue with this place is the portions for the price. The Broke Bad Beef Burger is an average good tasting burger but its $20 for such a small portion. The fried chicken is also $11 for one piece + its mostly breading and barely any meat.

"Cobb salad is amazing - don't need to add protein because there are egg slices and bacon pieces included already in the salad. There is a half avocado too: though it looks a little brown, it actually tastes fresh and lemony (tastes like they have lemon juice sprinkled on top on the avocado to preserve its freshness. The age cheddar cheese was so perfect on top of the egg slices in the salad. Wish there is more salad dressing. But overall this is my new favourite salad.
