Barely any seasoning if any, barely any cheese and the daves sauce that usually comes in a big packet came in a tiny cup. These fries were a rip off for the upcharge fee. Will just have to order from the Ventura location from now on. The chicken was its usual goodness. Good crisp and flavor. Just a shame about the fries because thats what I was looking forward to. "I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant twice. The first time, I got the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp, and it was amazing. The shrimp were large, flavorful, and actually grilled, which made me excited to order again.
The second time, I ordered the Build Your Own Pesto Pasta with grilled shrimp, but instead I received small shrimp that weren’t even grilled. It seemed like they may have run out of the grilled shrimp and substituted a different kind without letting me know. I would have much preferred they notify me and recommend another protein rather than make the substitution without asking. To top it off, I was still charged the extra $5 for the grilled shrimp.
Based on my first order, I had high expectations, so this was a disappointing experience. I hope they communicate better with customers when an item or ingredient isn’t available instead of making substitutions without notice."
