My breakfast sandwich was fresh and still warm, but I ordered an Iced Latte and when the dasher went to pick up my order they said they were unable to make espresso drinks, so they made me an Iced coffee instead. Which wouldn't be a big deal but it is a different price and is less than what I ordered and no adjustments were made to my charges. This has happened twice now, it may only be a few dollars but it adds up, especially if this continues to happen. It shouldn't allow you to purchase items they are unable to make, and if it does the store should adjust your charges when it happens."
