Just a suggestion- the steak was AWESOME, but they were very big chunks, and hard to eat with the fries. "I’ve ordered from this place multiple times, and the bolones are consistently good and full of flavor. However, I’ve recently noticed a decline in a couple of areas.
First, the portion of the sour hot red sauce has been getting smaller. The small 2 oz container they provide is often less than half full, which is disappointing since the sauce is an important part of the dish.
Additionally, the packaging could be improved. The bolones are placed directly into a styrofoam container without any wrapping. At other Ecuadorian restaurants, they are typically wrapped individually in aluminum foil before being placed in the container, which helps maintain freshness and presentation.
Overall, the food is tasty, but improving portion consistency and packaging would make a big difference."
