They seem to train often to annoy, or be rude to customers. Bad enough many regulars left Woodland Hills and go to Northridge now. "I’ve ordered delivery from this restaurant twice. The first time, I got the fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp, and it was amazing. The shrimp were large, flavorful, and actually grilled, which made me excited to order again.
The second time, I ordered the Build Your Own Pesto Pasta with grilled shrimp, but instead I received small shrimp that weren’t even grilled. It seemed like they may have run out of the grilled shrimp and substituted a different kind without letting me know. I would have much preferred they notify me and recommend another protein rather than make the substitution without asking. To top it off, I was still charged the extra $5 for the grilled shrimp.
Based on my first order, I had high expectations, so this was a disappointing experience. I hope they communicate better with customers when an item or ingredient isn’t available instead of making substitutions without notice."
