"Their food and quality is consistently great. The Pink Lady Beets & Goat Cheese Salad is unreasonably good (the sum is somehow better than its parts). I tried the Spaghetti Squa Casserole, VEG GFsh and it was not a casserole, rather a portion of spaghetti squash noodles with an odd texture. I didn't eat the edamame or squash noodles. I ended up grabbing frozen Mac & Cheese from my hotel's food bar. Oh, my True Food order didn't even come with a napkin or utinsels. For $40 you would think they could throw in a napkin.
