"The spicy McCrispy meal was very flavorful. The chicken had just a hint of heat making it perfect for me, the fries and tea were just your everyday fries and tea. Nothing special. What was special was the box of chocolate chip cookies. I was expecting was your grocery store variety of dried out cookies, but what I got was thirteen large chocolate chip cookies that tasted like they had just come out of the oven, soft and plenty of chips."

The hamburger patties were burned, and so were half of the fries. Very frustrating and it's is an issue that happens almost every time we order from them. Very few employees seem to even care about the customers, the quality of their food and the overall experience they have at this restaurant. It's sad to see the lack of pride, professionalism and customer service at this particular restaurant. Value for Money: Spending $85 for this meal felt excessive, especially given the small portions of the sides and the underwhelming flavor of certain items. Overall Thoughts: While I appreciate the effort, Uncle Ray’s Drive-In didn’t quite meet my expectations. The wings and smoked turkey leg were fantastic and worth ordering again, but the sides and desserts didn’t deliver on flavor or value. I moved to Texas expecting bold flavors and big portions, because they say everybut tBIG HERE! Well ifound out quickly that's a lie. This meal fell short in both categories, especially compared to the establishme I frequent back in Ohio, where seasoning & portion is key. I love supporting local businesses, and I don’t mind paying for great food, but this just didn’t feel worth the $85 (Door Dash). Unfortunately, I won’t be returning for the full meal experience. However, if you’re craving Sweet & Spicy wings fried hard or a smoky turkey leg, those are definite standouts and worth every bite!!"
