Today, we chose to try the Kimchi Fries for lunch, and I must admit, we were pleasantly surprised. I didn't anticipate that the kimchi would be roasted, but it truly enhanced the flavors in a way that was delightful. The roasting brings out a depth of flavor that’s not as noticeable otherwise.
