The smash burger was anything but a smashburger! A GOOD smashburger should be thin, crispy, flavorful. This smashburger tasted like boiled meatloaf. It wasn't thin. It's wasn't "smashed" so it had no crispy edges, but rather tasted chewy. It was barely seasoned. The one measly piece of bacon on it was burnt!!! The onions in it made it taste even more like meatloaf. The fries were so soggy and almost tasted like freezer burn. And for $60!? Are you guys insane? I could get a more appetizing meal from McDonalds!
I'm am disgusted and beyond disappointed with my experience today. The fact that you can serve this to people tells me one of two things, you know your food is bad and don't care, or you have no idea what good food is and then shouldn't be in the restaurant industry at all.
