"Excellent flavor and portions. The Teriyaki chicken was exceptional and must have been around 4 thighs. The Bangkok Street Noodles were delicious with genuine crispy tofu (unlike other restaurants that serve congealed whale snot in place of "crispy" tofu. The Cheesy Wontons actually tasted of crab and were fried to perfection as were the Chicken Potstickers. I honestly cant believe we havent eaten here before, but im glad that we did and look forward to trying more of the menu. I bought Soup Dumplings which are quite different from the wontons but there was plenty of broth so I added them in. The Spring Rolls were tasty with a good crunch. The Braised Duck Noodle Soup was a first for me. Delicious but a definite eating hazard bc they dont debone it and the bones are splintered and sharp. I almost swallowed a bone in the broth. If you dont mind eating very carefully, I can recommend it. A thumbs up on all four dishes! Also, the portions are very generous; I could only eat about a third of everything."

The pricing is kind of annoying, being advertised as $8 but being forced to spend at least $2 on protein. It is worth $10, that's the best price imo, but it looks like a better deal than it is initially. "

"I have to say this is some of the best rice I have ever had.Even if you don't consume it all, it doesn't get hard, greasy, it stays moist. The flavor is outstanding, and you can just eat this as a meal all by itself. The Oregon roll is my favorite but I like to get the cucumber on the side and add cream cheese to the roll. So good and worth the price as it is the best sushi you can get in Albany. Chicken Tikka Masala with Rice had excellent flavor and tasted really good but there were only like 4 little pieces of chicken and 3 or 4 pieces of bell pepper, so it was like 90% sauce. chicken also wasn't done to my liking, but that's a texture thing with me and not an issue on their end. I also asked for the highest spice level available, which was medium, and it wasn't to the spice level I wanted at all. I can handle a fair amount of spice though so most people probably would be ok with the level spice."

If you are sensitive to spicy food like I am, let them know. They can make most things on the menu "no spicy" and so I've gotten to try many things I wouldn't normally get. Twice Cooked Pork Belly Rice or Noodle Bowl is my go to option. Absolutely phenomenal! Egg Drop Soup (Large) is delicious and really good value for the huge portion."

"General Tso's Rice or Noodle Bowl When I visited Uncle Sun for the first time around last October, I really liked the big chunk of the chicken with General Tso sauce, and bokchoi side!! Since then, I have ordered the same menu several times (probably close to 20? including in-person orders) and I've noticed the chicken chunk size is getting smaller every time I order. At first I gave the benefit of the doubt that either the cook changed or some issue with food prep that day, but it's been months. I understand that the ingredients prices are going up. Seems the same amount of the bowl portion, but there are more fried batter than the meat. I strongly hope the restaurant changes back to how they did before."
