"I’m not entirely sure what has changed recently, but I’ve noticed that the portions of meat have become quite minimal.
The food itself is genuinely excellent, flavorful and well prepared, but when ordering something like a family combo, it’s difficult to justify the cost when it feels like the meal is mostly rice with very little protein. A better balance across all portion sizes, small, large, and family, would make a significant difference.
I want to emphasize that I truly enjoy the food, and the owners come across as kind and welcoming. That’s exactly why I felt it was worth mentioning.

Hushpuppies (10) are kinda a let down, I mean they're ok, but I've had some in the past that were twice the size and lots of flavor, the blue cheese dressing isn't right, maybe a sweet chili sauce or boom boom. The Fruit Punch is pretty basic, Hi-c probably, definitely not Hawaiian Punch. The B7. Coleslaw gets a NO from me, its off tasting."
