"So I waited for the pick up time that kept gettin pushed back, and despite being marked ready it wasn't -- they started bagging when I asked for my order at the counter. No big, was going to let that go but just got home and the bagging is a mess. And to be clear, I was careful with the bag. But both coffee buns I ordered were totally crushed, topping crumbling everywhere. Worst of all, the morning bread is just a pack of plain rolls??? That's not at all what the menu description says. It's supposed to be connected rolls sliced in half with cream and jam. I have a bag of plain milk rolls which is a different item... I won't be back, way too expensive for all this to be such a mess."

"I was in the area and I tried this place and it was absolutely disgusting. Not only. Do they overcharge you. I paid twice as much for one slice of ham one slice of cheese no egg. The bagel was hard. The ham was disgusting."
"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side. "

Now, this place isn't that close to me, so I knew that my food would get cold before reaching me. Even with that, it was phenomenal. I had the Lotus Biscoff Pancake & the Tiramisu Croffles and holy crap! The flavors & the textures. I was blown away. Those souffle pancakes, so airy and pillowy soft. The whipped cream, after all that distance traveled held up so well and the biscoff caramel sauce?! Are you kidding me?? Outrageous - in the best way. I almost went with the creme brulee pancakes, but I'm glad I went with these. Highly recommend. I've never had a croffle but it was delightful. I imagine it's better freshly made, but I had to try it. I tried reheating a bit so my tiramisu topping melted a bit, but it still was very enjoyable. After this one experience, I really want Fluffy Fluffy near me!"
