"I was told from my dasher that Ruby Tuesdays were out of noodles for the steak and Ramen noodle bowl . She asked me if rice would be okay , I stated it would . The dasher did everything right , went the extra mile . When I received the meal there was no rice , or noodles . Only about 1 cup of steak and vegetables. The steak bites had a particular taste to it . It didn't taste fresh and wasn't tender. Was very disappointed . Iv had this dish before and it was AMAZING . Hoping this bad experience was an exception . I will not order this dish again."
