The person that answered didn't make a bunch of excuses or apologies, it was clear that they simply were busy and didn't have enough drivers to handle all of the orders. They said my order was still there and when I confirmed that my order had just been sitting there, he explained that they don't even fire an order until they know it can be delivered. Made sense to me, I thanked him and asked when to expect my order. It arrived shortly after and everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. There was even a large cookie sitting on top of my order. I've had similar experiences through other pizza locations that could learn a lot from this. They've blamed things that were under their control, made no accommodations to make the situation right, shown attitude, and overall just handled the situation very unprofessionally.
