"First time ordering from Meme's BBQ. Affordable, especially comared to other bbq spots. Been looking for a good bbq spot since my favorite permanently closed. This is my new favorite. The Pitmaster Combo is a lot of food. All the meats are nicely seasoned, smokey and tender. The bbq sauce is on point. Just wish they didn't forget my EXTRA BBQ SAUCE. The Mac and Cheese is a creamy style. Not terrible, just not my preference. The coleslaw is slightly sweet, didn't mind it. The meats are really what it's all about. "

The portions are great. I couldn't wait to take a bite. The brisket was too firm. The had brisket from everywhere and this was not good. A good brisket feeds without breaking and melts in your mouth. This was a tough over cooked thick cut of meat.
Similar review on the ribs. These pork ribs felt more like beef ribs. They were tough and had to enjoy. Good pork ribs should fall off the bone and easy to eat, this was not that.

"The portion sizes are very small for the price. $10.50 for the large and $9.50 for the medium. I dont feel like I recieved $30 worth of food, nor do think that a family of 4 could be fed from one large side. Besides that, the food tastes good. I would rate the mac&cheese 7/10, the beans 8/10, and the potato salad 9.5/10. This is my favorite restaurant made potato salad to date."
