"I ordered the grand red velvet cake for my mother's birthday. Apparently they were out of that cake, but they chose not to tell me. I went and picked it up, they told me nothing, I got in my car to check and discovered I had some sort of confetti cake. The employees left the store and I got out to tell them that my order was wrong, they told me they ran out of the cake I ordered. So instead of canceling my order or telling me at the counter, they chose to not say anything and let me waste $50 on a cake I didn't even order. They told me I could call tomorrow and get a refund, I just contacted DD support to get one. The portions included a large amount of rice and beans, but there was very little oxtail meat. What meat was included was tough, overcooked, dry and inedible. On a positive note, the cabbage had great flavor, but there was very little of it as well. For the price, I expected much better quality, better portions, and properly cooked oxtails. I wanted to enjoy the food as this was my first experience with them. However, it turned into a frustrating one. I hope they take my feedback seriously and improve the quality of the meat and portion sizes for future customers."

"I have been a customer and fan of Coyote Coffee since the first store opened in Easley. I love that there are so many drink choices, and that you can get most of them sugar free. The food has always been good as well. It seems lately that online orders, or orders thru a service, are just not getting the same "treatment" as they would if ordered in the store or drive-thru. The past few orders I've made have been that way, unfortunately. My drinks haven't come with the same little "extras" that they usually do, and my drinks have looked like a 16 or 20 ounce poured into a larger cup, missing almost an inch of beverage from the top. Even though the taste is good, it's not worth the price if you're not getting what you pay for."
