"I placed an order for my office and my order was the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad which I have ordered before and this salad was made nothing like the one I had before. Not only was the lettuce wilted and brown, but it only contained chicken and lettuce. The chicken appeared dry and had a slight drizzle of spicy garlic sauce instead of being spicy garlic dipped which is how it was for my original salad. There were no tomatoes, no red onions. There were bleu cheese crumbles but barely, and I was given one bleu cheese dressing. Usually the portion is so much that I can only eat half. I mostly ate chicken but not the wilted lettuce. I also opted for pickup and waited at least ten minutes before I was even acknowledged or helped. I also had to ask for utensils and napkins.
