"The Double Double Filet-O-Fish® Meal was enjoyable and offered great value. Both the Double Filet-O-Fish and the fries were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned, making for a satisfying meal. The Caramel Latte was served hot as requested and had a pleasant flavor that complemented the meal nicely. The fries were also fresh, hot, and tasty. However, the Double Filet-O-Fish itself did not hit the same way this time. Although it arrived hot, the flavor seemed to be missing something compared with my previous order, when the sandwich was much more flavorful and enjoyable. Consistency is important—like a good recipe, the same ingredients should come together reliably each time.
Another small issue was that napkins and straws were missing from the order. Including these essentials would make the delivery experience more complete.
Overall, the quality, affordability, packaging, and value for money made the meal worthwhile. Most of the food tasted good and arrived hot and fresh. I would order again, but I hope the Double Filet-O-Fish delivers the same great flavor I experienced previously and that all necessary utensils and napkins are included next time."

"Got the Gluten-Free ShackBurger® and had them add avocado, it was actually really good. Had a "gluten free" sticker on the box and everything. Its nice to see an actual gluten free item and not just "add a gf bun for an upcharge" like most places. "The Biscoff® Cookie Butter Tiramisu Shake was good overall and enjoyable in terms of taste, although I would not consider it particularly memorable or unique. It delivered what I expected from a dessert shake and was pleasant to drink, but there was nothing about the flavor that made it stand out enough for me to order it again.
The shake tasted fresh, and the portion size was generous and satisfying. The quality was also good, and the Biscoff® cookie butter and tiramisu-inspired flavors worked well together. However, I think the flavor could have had more depth or a stronger contrast between the cookie butter and tiramisu elements to make it more distinctive. Like a good dessert, a shake should have one element that makes you want to come back for another bite—or in this case, another sip. This one was enjoyable but did not quite reach that level for me.
Overall, the Biscoff® Cookie Butter Tiramisu Shake was fresh, good quality, and appropriately portioned. I enjoyed trying it and was satisfied with the experience, but it was more of a “try it once” shake for me rather than something I would personally order again."
