I knew the moment I unpackged the egg roll it was gonna be good. The egg roll has that special type of battering that I fear has become almost extinct within the Chinese restaurants. The veggie fried riced tastes better than it looks! The chicken is great and very large. Some pieces were nice and crispy and others were alittle soggy. "The paneer butter masala was so yummy, and the DoorDash came with so much food. Perfect garlic naan and jasmine rice. If you are a vegetarian I recommend this dish, I am not vegetarian but me and my bf always say this would be our last meal if we had to choose. Could feed 2-3, or a hungry man. The tempura shrimp was overpriced for only two pieces, costing just over 11 dollars, and was neither fresh nor appealing. I am highly disappointed. The chicken fingers tasted of old oil and batter, and the vegetables served alongside the tempura shrimp were also greasy and stale. The Crab Rangoon contained no seafood or meat filling and was neither sweet nor salty, lacking any real flavor. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied after spending over 100 dollars on food that seemed reheated, leftover, and poorly prepared. I will never spend another cent at this restaurant. If I could feature this place on a food show to expose its flaws, I would. The terrible taste of the food makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Save your money and order from elsewhere. "The Subgum Lo Mein at this restaurant is quite good. All of the items in the dish have a thorough, but not excessive, coating of sauce. The meats included are chicken, pork, and shrimp. I couldn't tell if there was beef included or not. The vegetables were fresh, and I tasted a piece of ginger, as well. The quart size is a hefty serving. I would definitely order again."
"This has been my favorite local Chinese restaurant for many, many years... Their boneless spare ribs are unique, and genuinely the best you can get anywhere. Aside from those, I nearly always get the general tso's chicken combo, pork lo mein, and wonton soup. (A note about the wonton soup... There are strips of meat in the broth, something I've not seen at other restaurants... This addition really brings the soup to the next level.
I'm very glad they are finally giving us delivery options again.
Prices are very fair, and the food is always top notch.

The fish has NEVER ONCE tasted off/stale/fishy in any way nor has it ever been spongy or discolored. It always tastes fresh and is consistent in quality. The portion of the 3 roll lunch special ~($16) is also very good.
tuna avocado rolls (with eel sauce for an extra .75 cents) or the brooklyn salmon rolls on the "Any 3 Rolls Lunch" is one of my go-to orders on this campus.
They are also very fast to prepare it, sometimes it will be ready in like 5 minutes from when I order. It is never a long wait. I have never dined in, but the store does appear clean and the staff have always been polite and prompt when I pick up the order.
I rarely leave reviews, but oriental cafe has earned my review."
