Only things I did not like was the rice, it was too dry but maybe it's the culture idk. Honest opinion I give it a 7/10. Would I order again? Yessssssss for sure."

"The jerk chicken was fabulous, as always...the side portion of rice could be larger though for the cost as it was ordered alongside a full portion of meat only. We also had plantains and (2 for 1) side salad...which were shareable portions. Everything was delicious and tasted freshly prepared ....just disappointed that rice size was so meager. On the app..sizes aren't clarified. We would order again and now know what to expect re portions."
"Jerked Pork Only plate was delicious and juicy. They were very stingy with bbq sauce. I was only given two packets and there wasn't much sauce inside. Hefty portion of meat. The Mac & Cheese was not to my liking, it was dry. Fresh Salad didn't come with any dressing. Don't waste your time placing the order for pickup. I gave them about 30 minutes and went to go pick it up, only to wait for additional 10 minutes for other orders to be taken and then my meal made."

This spot is worth it. The macaroni and cheese is divine. I felt like I was at a barbecue eating! And the stew brown chicken was flavorful, and with that extra gravy, it hit the spot and then some! Now, let me get started on a pink lemonade with ginger they know how to hook that up! The whole meal was simply divine! If you want some Caribbean food and you're feeling hesitant like I was, check them out!!"

"everything was delicious! the oxtail in the Shrimp & Oxtail Pasta (Large) was seasoned to perfection. the Rasta Pasta and the jerked Half Chicken was a little spicy (not overly spicy) like just the right amount of spice but overall every dish was well made and packed tightly so nothing spilled over. even my caribbean mother said the food was ten out of ten! i would've added more pictures but we devoured the food so fast i forgot to do so"

"The food was spot on absolutely delicious
But if ordering for delivery I don't suggest adding any drinks from their menu. I ordered a Fountain Drinks 16 oz 7 up and Fountain Drinks 22 oz 2 Hawaiian punches. Instead of it in a can or bottle it was delivered in a plastic small Tupperware the same style container they use to package the curry goat or rice. definitely not 16oz or 22oz and not sealed properly. By the time the driver delivered it. The bag it was in was soaked. Also I did not receive my Ting beverage or pineapple ginger and could not find anywhere to make a complaint about missing items.
once again the food is top notch. Just need to do better with the drinks"

"Having lived near the mile for 7 years, I've been on a quest for truly authentic jerk chicken. As someone who grew up in Queens, I know good Jerk, and this spot is the only one that's lived up to the hype. Believe me, I've tried them all! The flavor is incredible, perfectly capturing that classic jerk taste.
My only hesitation is the price. I recently paid close to $30 for a meal that felt more like an $18 value. While the taste is amazing, that price point might make me think twice about ordering again."
"Listen! Everything was so tasty that once I started eating it I couldn't put it down! I'm American and I Love good clean Caribbean food! The jerk chicken ; tasted clean and what I mean by that time was taken to prepare the chicken! As there are no veins ! Reminding me of my Caribbean girl friend who really made love to whatever she prepared! Thank you Jerk on the Water for recreating that experience for me ! It is an absolute must to dine here! As soon as my vision is restored I will be eating in house and not through Door dash ! In the mean time I will continue to order my meals from here. Even if it's a little more than cook unity or Nutre meal plans it's worth it! The coleslaw is banging and the Mac n cheese made for N appetizing meal ; chef, you put your foot in it!! "Jerk Shrimp & Grits
Breezes Oxtail & Grits
Both taste great"
"The lamb Breezes Lamp Chop in Honey Mustard Sauce had absolutely no honey mustard sauce. I guess they must have forgotten it for the take out order. The mashed potatoes was also lacking in taste and it wasn't very creamy. It was very dissapointing considering the cost of the meal. My boyfriend enjoyed his Breeze's Irie Pasta with chicken added and I enjoyed the Breezes Walnut Shrimp. The Breadfruit was also not very great. Their bammy is always great though. The size of the bammy is now a lot smaller than it was before but🤷🏿♀️."

"Great food. The jerk chicken was a big portion. It was enough for the bothof us. Very tender and seasoned perfectly . The chicken soup was awesome. Big chunks of chicken carrots corn and dumplings. Nice flavor. I also had the Peppas Homemade Strawberry Lemonade and it was good also. We are just passing through but if we lived here this would be a very frequent stop for us. "

"There is love in that Stew Chicken and the whole meal ! !
I'm very satisfied with this order, the bowl was filled to the brim, the chicken was juicy and flavorful and so was the sauce(I'm so glad I was given a generous amount and it had a nice sweet but not too sweet taste), and the mixed vegetables were nice and fresh. You can tell all of this was cooked fresh and made carefully.
Definitely will order again 🌺"
"Queens Jamaican food hasn't been hitting, but this food is AUTHENTIC!! They cook with Scotch bonnet and everything. The fried chicken is deliciously seasoned and you can see it in the food and taste it. Curry chicken I wish was browned before cooking but super tender and flavorful at the same time. 10/10"

"I was honestly surprised by the portion size when my order arrived. For a medium oxtail, I expected a more generous serving. I received two larger pieces of oxtail along with two much smaller pieces that were mostly bone. The oxtail itself was flavorful and tender, and the rice was good, but there wasn’t enough gravy to go with all of the rice. Overall, the food tasted great, but the portion size didn’t match my expectations, especially for the price. I hope they consider being more generous with both the oxtail and the gravy."
"We are a Caribbean family and the jerk chicken was tasteless, The "mixed vegetables" was just a small container of very old stewed cabbage. Even the plantains were pretty tasteless. We had leftovers but we threw them out."

"The Chicken Pasta is good, delicious actually, but its not rasta pasta though so dont get it expecting that.
Jerk Chicken is bomb as usual, i wish they gave regular jerk sauce though and not bbq jerk"
"The rice was dry and hard. Rice is too cheap to not cook fresh rice for your customer. Small servings and little meat. Not worth it at all"
