"I recently ordered the Tandoori Chicken and Mutton Dum Biryani, and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the quality of both dishes. The Mutton Dum Biryani had a noticeably sour taste, which made it unpleasant to eat. Additionally, the excessive use of garlic and ginger paste in the mutton marination was overpowering. The mutton pieces were mostly bones with very little meat, making it even more difficult to enjoy the dish. Despite selecting a medium spice level, the biryani was heavily seasoned in a way that did not match the order specifications. As for the Tandoori Chicken, it was extremely dry and lacked the flavor and tenderness one would expect from this dish. Overall, I was not satisfied with my order, and I kindly request the kitchen staff to take this feedback into consideration for future improvements. I would also appreciate a refund for this order, as the food was not edible and did not meet expectations."

My wife found it overwhelming; but once I realized what it actually was (At first I thought it was some exotic Indian spice or herb, but then I recognized it was just very strong raw garlic), I liked it. But it's not for the faint of heart. They also offer plain naan. Especially with the naan, this is a full meal, and then some, depending on how hungry you are. I ended up saving part of mine for the next day. AND, with the DashPass BOGO, it was an excellent deal. I liked it, will probably get it again."

"The Chicken Tikka Masala was entirely misrepresented in the picture. I received chicken and diced cucumbers over rice, coated in a watery sauce with some tomato mush stirred in. Oily water pooled at the bottom of the bowl underneath the rice, making everything wet and bland. Perhaps my order was wrong, but I've ordered the Tikka Chance on Me bowl before and this was neither that bowl nor anything approaching Masala. This was the kind of meal that made me go, "oh, that's not right" the moment I opened it up. My partner said it felt like one of those frozen meals from the grocery store. I also ordered Naan, which was fine but very overpriced for the amount we received - each order gives you one round piece - around 6" in diameter - also similar to something I'd pick up at the non-Indian grocery store. Finally, I ordered a side of sauteed spinach, and I got about a cup of spinach for over $6. It's wild how cheap the entrees are and how much they over charge you for the sides. RASA is pretty cheap for Indian Food and I'd say it's the fast casual of Indian Food. I'd also like to say that you get what you pay for, but I didn't get what I paid for - neither in terms of quality or quantity. "
