There's no way this omelet was made with 4 eggs (as it says in the menu description), it likely was made with only two eggs at the very most. The filling and toppings were good and the hashbrowns were dark and crispy how I like them, but the buttermilk biscuit was hard as a rock and not edible. However, the omelet & hashbrowns tasted good, so I was pleased with that."
