Staff was apologetic, which I do respect and we were given a free soda as an apology. They were understaffed and unorganized. The food was yummy and we had no complaints there. "The cheddar burger was bland, had NO thousand island whatsoever despite the appearance in the picture, and had very little mayo. It was cooked correctly (medium). The pickles and onions were the best thing, fresh and crisp.
As you can see, the "side" of a few onion rings was very disappointing given they were done so well. They were very crispy and had great texture. It left me wishing I had instead just ordered a basket of onion rings; but the basket probably would've been two servings of their "side."
The BLT was awesome; but the coleslaw, again, was tasteless. It barely had any wet ingredients and was very bland.
Their bacon ranch? You guessed correctly folks, BLAND as hell. It's sad. Because the texture and thickness was definitely there.
If you do order, make sure you look for the "add condiments" selection near the end of ordering; because despite choosing "ketchup" as part of selecting the onion rings, you won't get it if you don't specifically select this option. Thankfully, they did give me enough ketchup to replace the cruddy ranch.

I would say it tastes fresh 90% of the time - sometimes you can tell it was the end the of the bowl or it had been out for a little while but only on rare occasions. "BWW in Twin Falls Idaho sucks! I have tried at least 4 times in the last 5 years and every time I try it, I am disappointed. This was my last straw. I ordered food through door dash, and I ordered 15 wings for $21, with a $7 side salad and a chicken wrap for $14. So it came out to $42 not including fees, delivery and tip. I asked for no onions or tomatoes on the salad, they still put them on the salad. The lettuce was all wilted and old and was barely filled up halfway in the container. Both ranch dressings were halfway full. My chicken wrap had 2 pieces of lettuce in it and the side was falling apart, it was literally just a tortilla shell with cheese and 4 tiny pieces of chicken in it, not to mention they way over seasoned the tots, which made them inedible. I also had to pay $1 more to uogradethek to the tots and they only put like 15 in the container. For $42, for 3 things and the food was incorrect and disgusting… not worth it, never going back! Such a waste of hard earned money. It’s like people don’t care anymore about quality. The only good part about the experience, was my kind door dash girl Amanda! "

Quick take: Stubby but packed to bursting, reminds me of the old Sweeto Burrito burritos. Salsa was a bit hotter than expected. Flavorful but I'd probably do a different protein / sauce next time. Paying for extra-protein was a good choice.

Seriously, I needed two hands to lift it. It was roughly on par with the "monster" or "giant" burritos that are served locally at other places. Only criticism is the edges of the second tortilla got a bit dry but that might be because they had their own zip code and weather patterns.
... Next time I'll add Queso as well, and probably cut it in half to spit it across two days. As it stands skipping breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Ole!"

"I saw the Mega Pop on the menu before and wanted to try to see what it was so I could let people know.
The Mega Pop is a BIIIIIIG version of the Cupbop; you select 3 entrees and thus you can figure it's about 50% bigger than the Cupbop itself. This mirrors the size of the container. For contrast, the Cupbop container lids have a "inner circle" that's larger and raised like a lego peg; the standard cupbop fits right over the inner raised circle of the Mega Pop.
As for the food, it was standard Cupbop goodness. My favorite proteins are Rock (but watch the calories), Krunch (breaded and delish) and Beef (an upsell but very flavorful).
Either way a huge meal for us OMAD guys. This is my new go to "I just don't want to cook" meal, I hope it's not a limited time deal like the rumors say."

I ordered both on one order and it was too much for one big guy to eat. "The dasher was friendly. However, the dasher waited at the restaurant for at least 20 minutes waiting for my food and I paid for the express delivery. The breadsticks were misshaped and looked nothing like the picture and it didn’t have the garlic spread over the top. On the pizza, I paid for 3 ingredients and they put like 5 pieces of each toppings on top, not to mention the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way, it was doughy. The chicken wings looked and tasted like chicken nuggets and it was missing half the sauce. Literally the whole meal was unsatisfying and expensive for tasting less than mediocre. "
