Both the hoagie and pizza were hard the pizza crumbled when I taped it on a paper plate and both items were cold as if they were made several hours ago and sat out. I would never expect delivery to be hot as if I was eating it in the restaurant but it was not in the least bit warm.
I will say this definitely been a one off situation. Everytime I've ordered take out or pick up I have really enjoyed it.
