"I ordered from here again last week and overall it was pretty good. The katsu was a little dry this time, which was disappointing since it’s usually one of my favorite items. The sauces were packaged so tightly that I couldn’t get the lids off, yet somehow they still managed to leak all over the bag during delivery.
The cucumber salad was also a surprise. If you’re expecting a traditional pickled cucumber salad, this isn’t it—it has more of an Italian-style flavor profile.
Delivery was otherwise great, but I did have to deduct stars for the sauce situation. I only received two small soy sauce packets, which wasn’t nearly enough for the meal and a tiny little squirt of wasabi.
Despite those issues, it’s still a solid value and generally runs about an 8/10 for me. I’d order again, but I hope they improve the sauce packaging and provide a more reasonable amount of soy sauce and wasabi."
