Took 10 mins before it was completed. Taste: the sesame chicken tasted like many other versions of sesame chicken that I've purchased. It's my litmus test to see how well a restaurant does with their food. it's a simple dish but can easily be masked by lots of sugar and over breading. In this case, it was slightly above the average "mall version" of sesame chicken. Lots of sauce, tasted slightly on the sugary side. The chicken was large chunks but the bigger pieces did have more breading. Kung Pao: wife said it was "ok". breading was minimal. veggies in the dish did not cook all the way through. "the Pho Tom Shrimp was great, good broth. it was different from previous take-out Phô I've had in the past, you assemble it yourself. I recommend having a large bowl to mix in because they give you a very full container of broth. good shrimp! the #46 Bi Cuon Chay was good as always, I've have spring rolls and summer rolls from here before, they're always great."

The dipping sauce was a standout — rich, creamy, and nutty, it elevated the rolls beyond the sum of their parts. This is a classic example of restraint done well: nothing overpowered, everything in harmony. The bánh mì thịt nướng offered an equally thoughtful composition. Though modest in size at roughly six inches, the sandwich delivered where it mattered most. The baguette had the appropriate crackle on the exterior while maintaining a tender interior. Vegetables were crisp and proportioned with intention. But it was the pork that demanded attention: savory, lightly sweet, and expertly seasoned. Each bite reinforced the idea that the protein should carry the melody, while the bread and vegetables provide the rhythm. Portion may surprise those expecting larger fare, but the quality and precision of execution leave a lasting impression."
