"I will not be returning to this place. I have to admit the food is pretty good, but the service is horrible.
After placing my order, the cashier handed me a table number. After waiting 45 minutes, I asked the manager where my food was. It turned out that my food had been sitting on a table next to the cashier. The manager pointed it out and told me I had the wrong number at my table, acting as though it was my fault. I explained that it was the number the cashier had given me.
She said she would reorder my food and that it would be out promptly. Approximately 20 minutes later, I still hadn’t received it. After waiting over an hour in total, I approached the manager again and asked for a refund.
