"The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. For the prices being charged on DoorDash, the restaurant should not be nickel and diming this way. Furthermore, the sandwich was supposed to include coleslaw and pickle and neither was included. So the restaurant charged for pickle and coleslaw I did not receive AND had the audacity to charge 56 cents more for a plastic container that could not even cost them a nickel. I believe in supporting small businesses but this is not customer service worth supporting. The rice in the rice pudding was undercooked and hard. "
