I’ve been coming to this place over 4 years I do also frequent a lot over my time coming to this place as it’s also close to home they have never let me down. Also as my understanding in Japanese culture it’s disrespectful to rub chopsticks together to remove splinters and so on as I can also say they focus on the quality of their chopsticks which also shows their attention to detail. I am surprised they have not open more locals nearby although it shows they are focused on their craft more than anything. What’s really lovely about this local it has a homey atmosphere not a mainstream local and has quite various ramen dishes. My favorite are Shoyu Ramen, and Tonkotsu Ramen.
