The broth was rich, creamy and deeply savory with that perfect umami punch that only tonkotsu and miso can bring together. Skipping the wood ear and mushrooms didn’t take away from the experience at all—it actually let the other ingredients shine even more.
Now, let’s talk about that extra chashu—incredible! The pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with just the right amount of char and fat. Every bite was a moment of pure ramen bliss. Honestly, I could eat a whole plate of just the chashu and be happy.

"I was initially skeptical about trying this place since there weren’t many reviews on the items, but I’m so glad I took the chance—everything exceeded my expectations! I’ll start with my favorite: the Hambagu Sando. It was absolutely packed with flavor and generously filled, so you’re definitely getting your money’s worth in terms of portion size.
The OG Tamago Sando was light, refreshing, and surprisingly filling. It wasn’t overly heavy on the sweet mayo either, which made it even better. The Berkshire Pork Gyoza was also a standout! I was pleasantly surprised that the soy sauce wasn’t the typical kind—it had a thicker textureu and a subtle sweetness while still maintaining that familiar soy flavor.
I’m really looking forward to trying more of their sandos. I’d 100% order again—though I might go in person next time, since it’s a bit pricey online XD "

The tea isn't too sweet and you can adjust the sweetness if you'd like or add a special request to ask for it extra sweet if you get it with the combo and they'll normally do it. The potato salad has good texture but I add just a tiny bit chili oil and soy sauce to it for a lil extra flavor. Portion sizes for everything are pretty decent. However the ONLY negative thing I have to say is for the Fuwafuwa daifuku mochi (x2) I think 3 instead of 2 for the price would be better but I might just be greedy lol. The Mitarashi Dango (X3p) is very good for dessert if you don't like anything overly sweet and the texture is perfect.
