"This is my go to food spot when I'm at the mall so of course I decided to order it for delivery for lunch one day. Delivered quickly and tasted delicious like it normally does. Good amount of chicken and shrimp with a good amount of sauce. When I normally order in person, I always ask for extra sauce but there was no extra sauce option for delivery. Still 10/10! "Sarku is one of my go to's as it's delicious and I always order the CHICKEN & SHRIMP Teriyaki with white rice (usually in person though) but they messed up my order this time. They gave me fried rice instead of white rice which is what I ordered so that was disappointing as they've never messed up my orders before. Other than that, the chicken, shrimp and veggies were delicious. The fried rice was okay."

"I order from these guys all the time. They're the best takeout in the Hicksville. They're so good in fact that the last time I was there, another man from Massapequa (a whole town over!) came and made a big order, saying that his son won't eat any other Chinese takeout! I told the man "I don't blame you!" The people here are very friendly too. I particularly enjoy their Wonton Soup. It's really dang good. They know me based on how I order the soup too, no scalians! "I got the Tonkotsu Ramen which was cleverly packaged separately so the ramen isn't sitting in the soup and getting soggy. The soup is very flavorful and the meat was good. The Gyoza was also good (pork) and comes with 6 pieces. The Taro Ice Milk Tea was delicious as well. The boba was actually sweet and chewy. I was surprised about the sweetness because usually boba isn't flavored (which I don't like). Overall, very happy with my order!"

"This restaurant used to be the highest quality around. Over the past year things have changed drastically. The ridiculously late orders for pickup and delivery , and the chaotic dining in experience service wise, were always made up for by the quality of the food. No longer. Now you pay astronomical prices for all of the lack above. The fish in my last three orders (two pickup and one delivery) has been discolored and even with a slight smell. At the gas station sushi this is expected . Not for these prices . A huge disappointment . Not to mention if you order delivery, good luck getting it. The driver sits around waiting for the order for at least a half an hour over the estimated time without fail. Often is forced to leave and then you wait another extra amount of time . The place is surviving on old momentum and reputation and doing absolutely nothing to improve or even maintain its quality - except for continuing to raise prices . "
