Additionally, the pita chips are just not good at all anymore and ours were so overcooked, they basically just tasted like burnt oil. I'm disappointed that as Rachel's has gotten more popular with more locations, they seem to not really care about their customers or quality anymore. For the price and quality you get now, you're better off getting a nice meal somewhere else."

"Only giving 4/5 stars because 5 would indicate perfection, and that is never possible. My first time ordering from here was because I wanted to see what all the hype was about. I ordered the Macy's Macys Lunch Pack and it was so much food I actually shared with my neighbor. I ordered lemon pepper wings. Delicious! I did have a coupon where I received $5 off a $30 order so I added on the Personal Cheese & 1 Topping . My extra topping was bacon. delicious! the food was hot when it arrived. I was supposed to get two Pepsi', because I ordered an additional one, but only received one. There was supposed to be one included with the lunch special. I ended up with all this food for $25. I will definitely order from here again."
