"The Chicken Parmesan Chicken Parmesan Flatbread Pizza was not as good as I thought it was going to be from the commercials, first, the dough wasn't very good, and the taste of the Parmesan was too strong, and the extra chicken had a weird taste, and I added extra chese, but you couldn't really tell.
The Blackberry Yuzu Sparkling Quencher was really good, it's much much better than the Wildberry Hibiscus one, but, be warned, it's better to get the large size, because if you don't, you'll get mostly ice.
The retro donuts were especially delicious, the Dutchie was donut perfection and the Blueberry Sour Cream was demonstrably delectable!

"Every Tim's I go to, never gets my coffee order correct. I understand 1 cream and 1 milk seems odd but it's my version of half and half. The receipt even shows 1 cream and 1 milk. I cannot stand sugar in my coffee so it's a waste now. Staff just need to slow down, take a minute and pay attention instead of being in auto pilot.
Everything else was correct, and Priya the Asst Store Manager was helpful when I called and will be offering me a refund. Thats why I left 3 stars. "

The chicken wings are quite terrible. It looks like they got them from anorexic chickens and they overcooked them so badly that it's as hard as jerky.

"We took advantage of the 20% off for Happy Hour 4-6pm. I ordered a Pizza with Ham, Pineapple, X cheese & Marinara sauce. We were so disappointed. I've never had a pizza with ZERO taste before. The crust was like cardboard, there was almost no sauce on it, and how they find pineapple with no flavour is a mystery, it tasted like it was soaked in water or something (?) to pull any sweetness & flavour away. There was barely any ham on it, and what little there was, was shaved so thin that it didn't stand out at all for flavour. It was all disappointing as to look at we thought it was going to be good.
To top it off, they charge $8.75 for 5 tiny little dried out Mozza Sticks? What a rip off!! We'll never order from this place again. "

"Third time this week they've messed up my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino® Blended Beverage . I only ask for extra whipped cream on top since there's no option to add additional caramel crunch toppings which is another thing I hate about ordering delivery.
