"Absolutely perfect! If you've never ordered pho to go before, just know that you'll have to assemble it yourself. You'll receive the piping hot broth in a quart size container, and your meats and vegetables come separately so that you can put it together yourself. Note that the vegetable pho is not vegetarian, they use beef broth. No complaints there, I am sick as a dog, and the only thing that sounded good was a hot pho loaded with veggies and this hit the spot! Their broth is amazing. I ordered the spring rolls on the side note that Vietnamese spring rolls are cold and they come tightly wrapped in plastic wrap to keep them soft and fresh. These are served with an amazing peanut sauce. These also contain pork and shrimp, which is not clear in the description so just a heads up for vegetarians or those who don't eat pork.
