Every time we've ordered a chicken burrito, they use spicy chicken, which isn't even an option on the app. Guac the last three times has been brown and old. "
"So I went to the Chipotle in Gretna and I don't know who prepared my order but the sour cream was all on one side, there was too much rice and barely any chicken or black beans. Mind you I asked for extra chicken in my Burrito Bowl and I feel like I payed extra for nothing. And the chicken pieces I did get in the Burrito Bowl were too big and chunky, not diced and cut into small pieces like they usually are in my previous orders. I got like 3 chewy pieces, and I had never gotten some like that before. I also ordered two bags of Chips and one bag had them so hard and soggy, they were difficult to eat. The first time I got a Chips bag like that I let it slide, thinking it was maybe just a one time thing. It's not. I feel like I was given the oldest and hardest Chips in my order. I left super disappointed and like I wasted my money. I won't be ordering anything again for a long time."

"Everything received was of poor quality. The Potato Olés were luke warm, very light in color, and were barely seasoned. What seasoning there was sat at the bottom of the container and were not on the Potato Olés. We believe they were old. They sure weren't fresh! They were so bad that they ended up being tossed in the garbage. The Stuffed Grilled Taco followed behind the Potato Olés . It was extremely bland, had very little meat, and cheese. There were no crushed chips in it. It was mostly just the tortilla. It was a huge disappointment because all of the food ended up in the garbage and we had to find something else to eat. We'll not be ordering from Taco John's anymore."

Nachos are unique and utterly addictive. I was disappointed at first because they use queso instead of shredded cheese. I usually don't care for this approach because it makes the bottom soupy and the chips soggy, but the queso flavor hits so hard that it all works. (Just be prepared to use a fork, not your fingers!)
The green and red salsas are not very spicy but they’re both delicious. I usually ask for an extra cup of the red, it complements the tacos very well.
Counter service is always friendly, and deliveries arrive hot and fresh. Can’t recommend highly enough!"

"It was so delicious. It was my first time trying a Torta de Asada. It said it came with mayo but there wasnt any on it. Other than that everything was perfect. It even came with chips and salsa. Very fair pricing and large portions. It will be two meals for me. I will be trying other stuff from there. "
